Right of Refund
In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
In addition to the statutory right, Anderssons Furled Leaders offers an extended return policy of 30 days from the date of purchase. To exercise your right of Refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and notify us that you wish to return it.
- Refund: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Conditions: The item must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. If the item is damaged or shows signs of use, we may deduct a reasonable amount for depreciation from the refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days, but no later than 30 days after we have received and approved the return. Any invoices must be paid regardless of whether the item is returned.

Complaints (Claims)
2.1 Product Complaints
As a consumer, you have a 3-year right to file a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. If you discover a defect with the item, you must contact us within a reasonable time. Complaints do not cover damages caused by improper handling, carelessness, or normal wear and tear.
Please note that all products are handmade and minor cosmetic differences may occur.

The handling time for complaints is normally 1–3 weeks.
If the complaint is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
