Delivery within Sweden & the EU

Anderssons Furled Leaders is a one-person business that always strives to deliver your products as quickly as possible. However, please note that longer delivery times may occur during periods of high order volume, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

All shipments are sent via PostNord and are typically handed over to PostNord within 1–3 business days.

Anderssons Furled Leaders is not responsible for delivery delays caused by PostNord, other carriers, or external factors. Delivery times stated on the website or at the time of purchase are estimates.

Return Shipping

You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before making a return to receive the correct shipping instructions.

Unclaimed Packages

For unclaimed packages, we charge a fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs. This fee is charged via invoice, payment link, or deducted from the refund.

Shipping Damages

If a product is damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to PostNord according to their instructions, and also to us at shop@anderssonsfurledleaders.com. Visible damages must be reported the same day, and hidden damages within 7 business days. Always document the damage with photos.
